From the garden to the kitchen.

John Donald Sandy, CEO of the We Are the Future school and centre in Freetown, Sierra Leone, explains how the Kitchen Garden project goes from planting seeds to harvesting fresh vegetables and feeding 230 children. Over the last three years the school has provided 165,000 meals, which are mostly produced from the vegetables grown in the garden.

Our goal is to train other schools on how to do the same all over Sierra Leone and Africa.
